At yours or at mine

Omnia Bodyworks operates a home studio as well as a mobile massage service. For those visiting the studio please arrive 5 minutes ahead of your start time so that we can get started promptly, there is plenty of free parking for those arriving by car. Exact details of the home studio location will be shared in your booking confirmation email for privacy purposes.

For those enjoying their treatment at home the aim is to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to ensure that we can set up and start on time. If you have a particularly hidden location forward any instructions beforehand so that there are no delays.

Life happens and you may find that you can no longer make your appointment. Please be considerate and respectful of your therapist’s time and business by communicating as soon as possible.

Last minute cancellations & No shows

Communicate any cancellations ASAP. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.
Any cancellations less than 12 hours prior to the treatment will be charged at the full price. You will either be sent a payment link to make a transfer prior to your next appointment, or the missed appointment will be deducted from your overall prepaid package.

Delayed starts

Any delays in start time caused by the client will result in a shorter appointment duration and charged at full rate.

Any delay in start time caused by the therapist will be accommodated with extra time added to the appointment at no extra charge, where possible. If tight scheduling does not allow, additional time will be added to the following treatment.

- Please note if arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment with no communication it will be cancelled and the full rate charged.
