As a qualified Advanced Clinical Sports Massage therapist, I have plenty of experience working with those experiencing chronic pain and injuries.

However, I realised that body-work was only part of the story in helping clients out of pain.

In 2019 I levelled up my skill set in Prehab & Performance, developed an obsession with pain science research, and got nerdy about biomechanics.

I founded Omnia Bodyworks to be a positive advocate for those who want to be capable in their body for the long run. By building a personalised framework to achieve resilience and confidence in my clients that fits around their busy lifestyles.
