As a qualified & insured Massage therapist, I specialise in working with those experiencing persistent pain and injuries. I founded Omnia Bodyworks in 2017 to be a positive advocate for those who want to be capable in their body for the long run.

Since moving to Ibiza in 2018 I have levelled up my skill set in Prehab & Performance where I created tailored treatment programmes to address functional deficits in mobility & strength.

However, I realised that body-work was only part of the story in helping clients out of pain. To answer the question of how to keep clients motivated and moving towards their goals in being pain free I embarked on a year long coaching course. This led me to explore how I can expand my business to the online space and support those with the mindset element around persistent pain that often gets in the way of tangible results.
